One of my favorite holidays is Halloween since it really brings out my creativity and fantasy inspired looks. Last night, I collaborated with Allie Kirschner to create these amazing Halloween BOO-doir sets.
The first set we had was the fortune teller set. I had a family heirloom Tarot book that we used to tell a story of the sultry fortune teller lounging about in her teal chemise and silky scarf surrounded by her spiritual cards and possessions. At one point she sat up and the flame engulfed crystal ball levitated between her hands! Yes, I added magical touches in post production!
The second set, the witch set, has some mystical imagery as well. Allie was wearing a gorgeous, black Thistle & Spire bodysuit and we added a black candle opera, flowers, and a steamy caldron (ok, the steam was magically added at the end lol). She summoned and conjured up lots of sexiness for this set! Don't you agree?
The next look was the raven! The dark feather shawl and the tulle skirt was the perfect outfit to portrait this vixen character. The accessories like the bird cage and the jewelry added a special touch to this sassy set. Dark, mysterious, and fashionista-ish! She looks like she is straight out of Vogue Halloween addition!
We switched gears after the darker edgier sets to do a beautiful whimsical fairy look. For this set, Allie sat on a barstool in one of the rooms in my studio. She wore this gorgeous white Free People lace bodysuit and magical butterfly crown and through some digital sorcery, her iridescent fairy wings started fluttering about! Ok, digital art at work here again :)
The last look is the Goth Bride set. Allie wore a romantic black lace gown and veil. I designed her flower bouquet and with the wind from the fan blowing through her hair and veil, we captured some bewitching images.
