Celebrating Sibella Bresciani!

Sibella Bresciani, an inspiring art teacher and breast cancer survivor, is featured in the 40 Over 40 Bombshell Series. Originally from Chile, Sibella has spent over forty years in the United States, nurturing her artistic talent alongside her two beautiful daughters. Growing up in a creative family, she credits her mother’s passion for painting as the source of her own desire to create. Currently residing in Miami, Sibella juggles her teaching career with her aspiration to become a full-time painter, seizing every moment to paint whenever she can.

Since turning 40, Sibella has faced numerous challenges, including the demands of single parenthood, the pursuit of her artistic passions, and the journey of recovery following her breast cancer diagnosis. Despite these trials, she remains proud of her daughters’ growth into wonderful adults and her resilience in continuing her art practice with a positive mindset. Her proudest achievements include becoming a mother and earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Sibella believes in the power of support among women, advocating for encouragement and shared success rather than competition. Her mantra, “Never the loser, always the winner. Never the victim, always the fighter,” embodies her fighting spirit. The 40 Over 40 Bombshell Series photoshoot had a profound impact on her, allowing her to celebrate her body image post-cancer and inspiring other women to embrace their own beauty.
